4. Use of Services

• Follow all applicable laws, payment regulations, and network rules.

5. API & Access Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, tokens, and dashboard login credentials.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from credential misuse.

6. Data Privacy

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may share data with banks, payment partners, or authorities as required.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your use of our services if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws;
• Fraud, abuse, or high-risk usage is detected;
• Requested by law or upstream partners.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party payment gateways, banks, or aggregators.

We are not responsible for issues originating from third-party platforms.
